SCHEDULE

Our schedule can fluctuate based on what clients demand and on a first to make a deposit basis. Usually we will work no more than 5 days a week tattooing as I will be designing permanent artwork that will go on your body permanently. We need time to make a custom design. WE WILL NOT TATTOO SOMEONE ELSE’S TATTOO. We can tweak or collage certain elements but the final piece cannot be an existing tattoo unless it is from a very close friend or relative.

Your appointment time will be confirmed through email only if you put down a deposit through Square, Venmo or Paypal.

DEPOSITS

All bookings require a deposit to secure them.  The minimum deposit amount is $100- $200( depending on the artist) and can be transferred via PAYPAL/VENMO or CASH in person.  The artist will always hold your deposit until your last session, and it will come off the total price of that day's session. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, they are transferable if you need to reschedule ( YOU CANNOT RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS), please remember this when booking an appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

There is a 24 hour cancellation period.  Any cancellations within that 48 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be withheld and you will need to pay ANOTHER DEPOSIT to re-book another appointment. Please note that 48 hours is the bare minimum amount of time to cancel. Advanced notice is much appreciated as it is much easier for us to schedule someone else in that time slot.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

For 2021 and onward I will be booking by different flat rates. You can find these on my booking form below depending on the artist contact your artist to find their rates.

DESIGNS

It is not unusual for you to not see a design until the day of your appointment. Please be very clear with your design requests to prevent the artist from wasting precious time with re-designs. If you are not so comfortable with this method another Shop may be better suited to you.

CONSULTATION

Consultations in person generally aren't necessary anymore for most projects, unless we working around odd spaces between other tattoos or if there’s a scar.  If that is the case, we ask that you send me an email to be sure that we are available and come in during the hours we inform you of. We tattoo by appointment only and do not keep consistent business hours.

DO YOU TATTOO OVER SCARS? 

Yes we tattoo over some scars but we do require a consult in person to see what we’re able to achieve. This is important because without knowing the texture of the skin and density of the scar we are at a loss for how to design a piece to suit your body. However If your scarring is light and flat to the touch It may not require an in person consult.

DO YOU DO COVER UPS?    

We will typically only tattoo cover ups with previous laser lightening. This gives your artist more scope on creating a beautiful piece you actually want rather than being limited.  

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?  

Please do not bring more than two people for company THE SPACE IN OUR WORK AREA IS TIGHT and we enjoy being able to focus on your permanent art. It is important that all the artists and clients are comfortable with enough space to work.

We will do our  best to respond to everyone, but please be patient with us. It may take me a while to sort through requests.  Please note that we can't take on every project, so the artist will be choosing what they feel is best suited for their work and art.   We book and respond in the order in which the requests come in.

CREATIVE FREEDOM

We ask that our clients give us creative freedom with their ideas, (I.E. panther on my right forearm with berries)  So we can create the BEST TATTOO without limitations and restrictions.  We understand there are some things that you may really love to include or leave out, and these are always taken into consideration when choosing pieces that the artist take on so if you would like a tattoo from us please include these specifics in your initial inquiry (I.E. I do not prefer XXX and I would like XXX) - that’s ok! This allows the artist to expand more and become more creative with each piece so they remain unique to you!

Please send me no more than 3  inspiration photos and a clear straight on picture of the area to be tattooed.

The artist will place the design’s elements how they fit best with the contour and body, this is something we won’t compromise on as the layout of the tattoo is vital to the end result looking like the work you expect. As you must have heard from your friends we put our all  into each design which is time consuming to create so please know that everything about your finished design is intentional.
